On Monday, CCIA and more than two dozen other associations sent a letter to Judiciary Committee leadership in support of making the Covered Business Method Program more widely available.
On Tuesday, the House Judiciary Committee held a hearing on the Innovation Act, which was introduced last week by Rep. Goodlatte, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, and ten other Representatives. I live-tweeted the hearing on @PatentProgress.
